At Fede Swimwear, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade custom bikinis in California. Each piece is produced in small batches to ensure exceptional quality and exclusivity. To continue offering these one-of-a-kind designs, we operate on a store credit-only policy—we do not offer refunds. We appreciate your support and understanding!

Store Credit & Return Policy

  • Returns for store credit must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Store credit will be honored one time per online order.
  • Returns are processed within 2-4 business days after we receive your package.
  • We are not responsible for lost or misplaced returns. If your return is lost in transit, please contact the courier directly to resolve the issue.

🚫 Final Sale Items: Any final sale items, discounts of 40% or more, or BOGO sale items are final sale and not eligible for store credit or exchange.

Return Requirements for Store Credit

To be eligible for store credit, returned items must:
✔ Be unworn, unwashed, with liners still in place and original tags attached.
✔ Be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear.
🚨 No exceptions will be made.

📩 How to Request a Return:

  • Email fedeswimwear@icloud.com with your order number to initiate a return request.
  • Requests via text or social media will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Please include a note with your order number and a request for store credit inside the return package.
  • Once your return is processed, we will issue store credit via email, which can be used to purchase a different size or item.
  • We do not hold sizes or items, so we recommend sending back your return promptly if you wish to reorder.

Discount Codes & Sales Policy

  • Discount codes must be entered at checkout—we cannot apply discounts retroactively.
  • We will not refund or adjust the price for missed discount codes after an order is placed.
  • Requests to apply discounts post-purchase will not be responded to.
