Store Policy

Fede Swimwear prides itself on making the highest quality custom bikinis handmade in California. Made in small batches to ensure quality never changes. A store credit only policy allows us to continue to produce one-of-a-kind custom bikinis. We thank you for your support!  

Returns for store credit must be sent back within 7 days from delivery date. And will be honored one time per online order. Returns are processed within 2-4 business days after receiving your return. We are not responsible for any orders that are sent back for credit that are lost or misplaced by courier. You will need to resolve the issue with the courier for any delivery or lost packages. 

We do not offer refunds only store credit. No exceptions.

Any final sale items or items on sale 40%& up  / Bogo Sale up are considered final and no store credits or exchange will be accepted

 

Returns for store credit:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, liners still in place and have original tags attached.Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. NO EXCEPTIONS.  

All requests for returns must be emailed to fedeswimwear@icloud.com please include order number in email for reference. Please do not text or send request on social media or it will not be a valid request. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns. 

We will issue a credit for the items returned via email and you will be able to purchase a new size or another product. We cannot hold any sizes or items. We suggest to send back items promptly to be able to get the size needed as we only make limited quantities.

Credits are not valid towards any custom orders. 

All return packing must have a note with order number and request for store credit.

Custom Order

All custom orders placed in showroom or online is final sale, no returns or exchanges. If you change your mind with the style a new order and purchase will need to be placed

 

Discount Codes & Sales 

If Fede Swimwear is offering a discount code and it is not entered when order is placed we will not discount or offer money back for the difference. Please carefully make sure you input any current discount codes when placing an order. We will not respond to requests, emails or messages requesting us to apply after order has been placed.
